Never moves money
No ACH, no wire, no card movement. Aggregators connect read-only.
Five short steps — and not one of them moves a dollar, scores credit, or holds a balance TRACE couldn’t reproduce from the rows themselves.
Paste this page into an email to your tax preparer, attorney, or claims adjuster — the full loop fits in a minute.
TRACE will never move a dollar, score a credit file, or hold your history hostage. The same three guarantees hold on every page where this band appears.
No ACH, no wire, no card movement. Aggregators connect read-only.
No scoring, no soft-pull, no bureau transmission.

Step 01
Authorize the bank and credit-card accounts that hold the history you need — or import a statement if the institution isn’t covered. Plaid-style aggregators connect read-only; TRACE never holds credentials that could move funds.
Aggregators stay read-only.
Step 02
Filter by merchant, amount, date, account, or ask in plain English. Matching rows collapse into a running count, money-in, money-out, net, plus first and last date — the same number that lands in the export.
Search every account at once.
Step 03
Pin the rows that matter to a named Case File. Attach tags, a note, and the saved search itself — reopen it next quarter, next audit, next claim, and the receipts are exactly where you left them.
No drift between saving and re-opening.
Step 04
Hand off as CSV, as PDF, or as a tokenized /share link with a date range and an expiry. Every export carries the totals, the notes, and the row count — readable in another tool without a TRACE account.
Receipts travel; tokens expire.
Step 05
Pull the plug on any account the moment you’re done with it, or wipe a Case File end-to-end. Deletion is per-row evidence work, not a setting buried three layers deep in a trial-conversion flow.
Your history, your call.
